Data Processing Addendum

Data processing terms for 2ND INSIGHTS customers of Syentist Lab Inc.

1. Roles

For customer workspace data, the customer is the controller (or processor acting for its house) and Syentist Lab Inc. is the processor. For marketing-site visitor data, Syentist Lab Inc. is the controller.

2. Instructions

We process customer personal data only to provide 2ND INSIGHTS, as documented in the product, and as required by law. This addendum forms part of the Terms of Service unless a signed order states otherwise.

3. Confidentiality and security

Personnel with access are bound to confidentiality. We apply technical and organizational measures appropriate to a B2B SaaS catalog and account system, including encryption in transit, access control, and logging. We do not claim SOC 2, ISO, or PCI certification on this site.

4. Subprocessors

We may engage subprocessors listed at /subprocessors. We remain responsible for their performance. Material additions will be reflected on that page with an updated date.

5. Assistance and deletion

We will assist with data-subject requests that concern customer workspace data, security incidents affecting customer data, and deletion or return of customer data at the end of the service, except where law requires retention.
